Cheerful givers
We believe that God promises to provide for God’s church, but we are all called to play our part in the mission and ministry of Jesus to preach the gospel in word and deed, care for those in need, and to be joyfully generous with the time and resources we have been given.
A BIG THANK YOU to everyone who gives regularly (or occasionally) to enable this to happen in our parish. These donations support the vicar, running and maintaining our wonderful worship and community space, youth and schools’ work, services, communications, and wider ministry across the Diocese of Norwich through our Parish Share contribution. Income from hall hire and car parking also helps pay for this work. We also raise money for international and local charities and organisations such as Fairtrade Foundation, Norwich Foodbank, Diocesan Appeals, English+, City Saints in Action and Christian Aid.
Ways to give
If you attend or visit St Luke’s, we would love you to prayerfully consider making a regular gift to the church if you are not already doing so. As well as giving at church services, you can make a one-off or regular donation. The best way is to set up a standing order through your bank or building society. Our account details are on the Gift Aid declaration. If you are a tax payer, please print, complete and bring the Gift Aid declaration to church and give it to the Treasurer c/o 61 Aylsham Rd, Norwich, NR3 2HF. If you have any questions, please contact our Treasurer, Martin at treasurer@stlukesnorwich.org.uk
Online giving – Stewardship (Give.net)
You can set up a standing order or make one-off gifts (with credit or debit card) through our Stewardship donation page. They will also claim the Gift Aid if you are eligible and would like to Gift Aid your donation. There is a small fee of 3% for Gift Aided donations for this service. (If you already use Stewardship, you can give directly from your account to St Luke’s.)
